Newsletter April 2011 - The first adventure 2011 of the Blue Waves family

Wow... that was truly something else. The renovations are complete and Blue Waves shines once again from her new polish.  The year we took serious action upon all the woodwork and in addition the sanitation of the fresh- and wastewater tanks, not forgetting to mention the engine room as well. .  New windows, new teak floors all redone during the Winter break.

But now we are back underway with great guests. This time we were lucky enough to convince a few repeater guests to join on the opening tour of March 17.  They weren't hard to convince. Now we are underway to Brothers and we soon return to shore.

Even though the tourism industry it is hard presently with so few tourists but therefore we had the opportunity to dive the Thistlegorn alone; yes, alone. Not another boat in sight.

We are quite booked for the 2011 season but fear not we still have some spaces available.

+++Something new is that we will be offering tours with M/Y Mermaid.  The yacht belongs to a good friend and the captain is one of my best friends.  With great contacts like these we feel good about offering this boat to friends, in the case that Blue Waves is completely booked and you have nowhere to go.
